The Job
We are hiring an Autonomous Vehicle Technician to install, repair, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems on autonomous vehicles.
What You’ll Do
- Install sensors, cameras, wiring harnesses, and vehicle hardware
- Install and connect computer/compute modules
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
- Perform vehicle retrofits, repairs, and hardware updates
- Read wiring diagrams and technical drawings
- Use multimeters, diagnostic equipment, and hand/power tools
- Document completed work
- Work with engineering and operations teams
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive, EV, electrical, or vehicle technician experience
- Comfortable with mechanical and electrical tools
- Able to troubleshoot vehicle electrical systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working on vehicles for extended periods
A Plus:
- Autonomous or electric vehicle experience
- LiDAR, radar, or camera installation
- Low-voltage or high-voltage electrical experience
- Soldering, crimping, or fabrication skills
Great backgrounds include: Automotive Technician, EV Technician, Vehicle Installer, Electronics Technician, or Vehicle Integration Technician.
