Autonomous Vehicle Operator 

Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Year-round position
Pay: $26 per hour plus benefits
Schedule: Part-Time - full time| Minimum 2–3 shifts per week
Call 269-408-6738 7 AM to 7 PM daily

Were  hiring Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs) to help safely operate and monitor self-driving vehicles. You will ride in the vehicle, monitor its performance, take manual control when needed, assist passengers, and report vehicle issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor autonomous vehicles during operation
• Take manual control when necessary for safety
• Follow traffic laws and safe driving procedures
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks
• Document unusual vehicle behavior or incidents
• Assist passengers and answer questions
• Keep vehicles clean and ready for service
• Provide feedback to improve vehicle performance

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• 3+ years of driving experience with a clean driving record
• Comfortable operating autonomous vehicles
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Able to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Computer, electronics, or mechanical experience is a plus

Current Part-Time Availability Needed

Priority is for candidates available weekday evenings and Saturdays, especially:

• Monday evenings
• Friday evenings
• Open availability Saturdays
• Typical shifts may fall between 11:30 AM–7:30 PM or 3:30 PM–7:30 PM

Required Training

Online Training: Week of October 5
On-Site Training: October 12–16, Monday–Friday

Candidates must be available for one of these training schedules:

AM: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
PM: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
