Important Requirements

• Must live within 50 miles of Tipp City, OH

• Must have your own transportation to and from the distribution center every day

• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay & Training

• New Hire / Training Pay: $100 per day

• Training Length: 1-day ride-along

• Holiday Pay: $75 for working on a holiday

  • Must work the week before the holiday 

Schedule

• Account runs 24/7 – start times vary

• Shifts average 12 hours

• 2 days off per week

• Full-time and part-time options available

  • Part-time: 8–36 hours per week

Job Duties

• Haul dry and refrigerated, no-touch freight

• Deliver to  stores in OH, KY, and IN

• Routes stay within 250 miles of the distribution center

• Freight is live unload or drop & hook

Equipment

• Newer day cab trucks

• Slip-seat operation (trucks assigned as needed)

• Paid vacation:

  • 1 week after 1 year

  • 2 weeks after 3 years

  • Pay based on 52-week average

• Part-time drivers are not eligible for vacation pay
