Service Associate – Base Operations
Location: Austin, TX (On-site) Night Shift position needed!!!!
Pay: $25 per hour
Schedule: Full-time
What This Job Is
Were hiring a Service Associate to support daily fleet operations for an autonomous ride-hailing company.
You will help keep vehicles clean, fueled, organized, and ready for testing and daily operations.
What You’ll Do
Main Duties
Clean and fuel vehicles
Charge test vehicles and equipment
Keep the work site organized and ready
Move vehicles, equipment, and spare parts
Help with paperwork and vehicle readiness documentation
Prepare vehicles for testing (launch software, check systems, collect data)
Support inventory and spare parts organization
Additional Support
Assist technicians with basic hands-on tasks (fluid changes, part swaps, wiring checks)
Help with test operations (traffic control, cone setup, documentation, support driving)
Schedule Options
Sunday–Thursday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
10:30 PM – 6:00 AM
What You Need
2–4 years of work experience
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move equipment during shifts
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to multitask and solve problems in fast-paced settings
Pass background check, MVR check, and drug screen
Preferred
Trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repair
Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, or Google Suite
